He was attentive, knowledgeable, and generous with his time, both on the phone for consultation and over email, and even in person when he hand delivered a necessary item to our house to help with our tight schedule. David goes above and beyond, and because of him we were able to get our tub delivered and up and running on our desired deadline. We are ever so grateful to have had this kind of hand-holding and support during our entire hot tub buying process.

I have waited over a year to write my review of my Bolt Olympic hot tub. First off our experience with our sales associate, Patty was extremely positive; no pressure, and very knowledgeable answering my myriad of questions. She has also been available for any other questions that have come up over the past year. Regarding the hot tub experience itself, well I've been completely blown away by how therapeutic it has been. I tend to use it an hour before bedtime and I have to say that I have never fallen asleep faster in my life and also generally sleep deeper too. Also for general stress, it just melts away within 5 minutes of soaking. So all in all I give my complete experience with Olympic Hot Tub 5 bright stars.
