Catherine was our sales rep. She was superb at showing us all different models, asking questions about what we need and want and helping us to find the perfect tub. We bought a VITA spa hot tub. We are even more impressed than we thought we would be. She recommend several electricians for us to get quotes from. She answered all our questions, was very patient with us and respected our hesitancy. (Buying a hot tub is a costly matter). After shopping around at a couple other places locally, Catherine was undoubtedly our girl and the VITA spa was the one for us. Other retailers did not come close to matching Catherine’s customer service level and the costs for quality seemed out of this world compared to what was available at Olympic Hot Tub in Everett. In addition to Olympic Hot Tubs customer service help, the delivery was seamless as well as electrical and installment. Everyone was so nice and willing to answer questions and work around our schedules. The communication was constant and accurate. 10/10 overall.
