First and foremost I would like to commend Neil on his professionalism, courtesy and efficiency! He set up our lid lifter and took the time to thoroughly explain and instruct us on the usage of our spa. I would also like to thank our sales associate, Katherine who listened to us and didn’t try to oversell us. Additional kudos to the “big guys” that not only delivered our new spa but had to take away our behemoth of an old spa! Thank you Olympic for a great buying experience!

From my first visit to the Everett store to our most recent contact, Mike Tucker has been welcoming, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. When the tub that was first delivered was found to have had a defect, we contacted Mike, and he saw to it that the tub was thoroughly inspected, then replaced. He also connected us with two excellent technicians in addition to the person at Olympic who helped us work out an equitable solution for our inconvenience.
