I have waited over a year to write my review of my Bolt Olympic hot tub. First off our experience with our sales associate, Patty was extremely positive; no pressure, and very knowledgeable answering my myriad of questions. She has also been available for any other questions that have come up over the past year. Regarding the hot tub experience itself, well I've been completely blown away by how therapeutic it has been. I tend to use it an hour before bedtime and I have to say that I have never fallen asleep faster in my life and also generally sleep deeper too. Also for general stress, it just melts away within 5 minutes of soaking. So all in all I give my complete experience with Olympic Hot Tub 5 bright stars.

Bought a house with an existing Hot Springs spa, and David at the Seattle location was incredibly helpful, spending a half hour with me to walk me through my options for maintenance and updates and showing me key features and important details on similar models in the showroom. Olympic originally sold the spa to the previous homeowner, so he was able to provide all of the service history and answer all of my questions.

This is the only place I will ever buy a hot tub again.. if I ever need to purchase another one, that is. Scott was amazing thru the whole process and was super helpful and kept me in the loop when there was a backorder on the cover that went with the spa. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
