I'm in Hot Tub Heaven again. Our old tub died, I waited 2 yrs for the Sequim location to open. On opening weekend I ventured into the shop and met Kiel Busler.
We have an unique situation/location . Our old tub was recessed on a covered deck making the removal & installation a challenge. Kiel was able to help me select the best fit for my needs. He visited our site -took measurement and photos. When we encountered a few hiccups with delivery, Kiel was there to navigate through the "bumpy waters'" and get everything back on track. First and foremost I would like to commend Neil on his professionalism, courtesy and efficiency! He set up our lid lifter and took the time to thoroughly explain and instruct us on the usage of our spa. I would also like to thank our sales associate, Katherine who listened to us and didn’t try to oversell us. Additional kudos to the “big guys” that not only delivered our new spa but had to take away our behemoth of an old spa! Thank you Olympic for a great buying experience!

It is nice to walk in a store and look at different models,
I purchased a hot tub that day!
It was delivered on time and very efficiently.
I would recommend Olympic hot tubs if you're looking to purchase.
