He was attentive, knowledgeable, and generous with his time, both on the phone for consultation and over email, and even in person when he hand delivered a necessary item to our house to help with our tight schedule. I'm in Hot Tub Heaven again. Our old tub died, I waited 2 yrs for the Sequim location to open. On opening weekend I ventured into the shop and met Kiel Busler.
We have an unique situation/location . Our old tub was recessed on a covered deck making the removal & installation a challenge. Kiel was able to help me select the best fit for my needs. He visited our site -took measurement and photos. When we encountered a few hiccups with delivery, Kiel was there to navigate through the "bumpy waters'" and get everything back on track. He's a great guy to work with- not one of those pushy sales guys trying to up-sale more than we needed. I highly recommend Kiel Busler Olympic Hot Tub
