I have waited over a year to write my review of my Bolt Olympic hot tub. First off our experience with our sales associate, Patty was extremely positive; no pressure, and very knowledgeable answering my myriad of questions. She has also been available for any other questions that have come up over the past year. Regarding the hot tub experience itself, well I've been completely blown away by how therapeutic it has been. I tend to use it an hour before bedtime and I have to say that I have never fallen asleep faster in my life and also generally sleep deeper too. Also for general stress, it just melts away within 5 minutes of soaking. So all in all I give my complete experience with Olympic Hot Tub 5 bright stars.
At every step of the way, Kiel Busler and the team at Olympic Hot Tub was phenomenal. Helpful and informative with no sales pressure and the follow up all along the way was outstanding. I could not be happier with my choice to walk into their store!
David was able to breakdown each step in diagnosing the fault on my new tub. He explained in great simplicity that I was able to really understand the system!
