Bought a house with an existing Hot Springs spa, and David at the Seattle location was incredibly helpful, spending a half hour with me to walk me through my options for maintenance and updates and showing me key features and important details on similar models in the showroom. Olympic originally sold the spa to the previous homeowner, so he was able to provide all of the service history and answer all of my questions.
First and foremost I would like to commend Neil on his professionalism, courtesy and efficiency! He set up our lid lifter and took the time to thoroughly explain and instruct us on the usage of our spa. I would also like to thank our sales associate, Katherine who listened to us and didn’t try to oversell us.
