This is the only place I will ever buy a hot tub again.. if I ever need to purchase another one, that is. Scott was amazing thru the whole process and was super helpful and kept me in the loop when there was a backorder on the cover that went with the spa. I will recommend them to everyone I know! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and generous with his time, both on the phone for consultation and over email, and even in person when he hand delivered a necessary item to our house to help with our tight schedule. David goes above and beyond, and because of him we were able to get our tub delivered and up and running on our desired deadline. We are ever so grateful to have had this kind of hand-holding and support during our entire hot tub buying process.

I'm in Hot Tub Heaven again. Our old tub died, I waited 2 yrs for the Sequim location to open. On opening weekend I ventured into the shop and met Kiel Busler.
We have an unique situation/location . Our old tub was recessed on a covered deck making the removal & installation a challenge. Kiel was able to help me select the best fit for my needs. He visited our site -took measurement and photos. When we encountered a few hiccups with delivery, Kiel was there to navigate through the "bumpy waters'" and get everything back on track.
