I'm in Hot Tub Heaven again. Our old tub died, I waited 2 yrs for the Sequim location to open. On opening weekend I ventured into the shop and met Kiel Busler.
We have an unique situation/location . Our old tub was recessed on a covered deck making the removal & installation a challenge. Kiel was able to help me select the best fit for my needs. He visited our site -took measurement and photos. When we encountered a few hiccups with delivery, Kiel was there to navigate through the "bumpy waters'" and get everything back on track. Bought a house with an existing Hot Springs spa, and David at the Seattle location was incredibly helpful, spending a half hour with me to walk me through my options for maintenance and updates and showing me key features and important details on similar models in the showroom. Olympic originally sold the spa to the previous homeowner, so he was able to provide all of the service history and answer all of my questions.

It is nice to walk in a store and look at different models,
I purchased a hot tub that day!
It was delivered on time and very efficiently.
I would recommend Olympic hot tubs if you're looking to purchase.
