I'm in Hot Tub Heaven again. Our old tub died, I waited 2 yrs for the Sequim location to open. On opening weekend I ventured into the shop and met Kiel Busler.
We have an unique situation/location . Our old tub was recessed on a covered deck making the removal & installation a challenge. Kiel was able to help me select the best fit for my needs. He visited our site -took measurement and photos. When we encountered a few hiccups with delivery, Kiel was there to navigate through the "bumpy waters'" and get everything back on track. This is the only place I will ever buy a hot tub again.. if I ever need to purchase another one, that is. Scott was amazing thru the whole process and was super helpful and kept me in the loop when there was a backorder on the cover that went with the spa. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
