Endless Pools Kick-Off!

First and foremost I would like to commend Neil on his professionalism, courtesy and efficiency! He set up our lid lifter and took the time to thoroughly explain and instruct us on the usage of our spa. I would also like to thank our sales associate, Katherine who listened to us and didn’t try to oversell us. Additional kudos to the “big guys” that not only delivered our new spa but had to take away our behemoth of an old spa! Thank you Olympic for a great buying experience!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, no-pressure salespeople; reasonable prices; unbeatable customer service, from visiting our house to verify delivery conditions, to quickly providing pre-delivery information, electrical subpanel and gift-with-purchase shipments, to referrals for a general contractor and wonderful electrician. Finally soaking in our greatly anticipated tub was our best Christmas present!

I have waited over a year to write my review of my Bolt Olympic hot tub. First off our experience with our sales associate, Patty was extremely positive; no pressure, and very knowledgeable answering my myriad of questions. She has also been available for any other questions that have come up over the past year. Regarding the hot tub experience itself, well I've been completely blown away by how therapeutic it has been. I tend to use it an hour before bedtime and I have to say that I have never fallen asleep faster in my life and also generally sleep deeper too. Also for general stress, it just melts away within 5 minutes of soaking. So all in all I give my complete experience with Olympic Hot Tub 5 bright stars.
