I'm in Hot Tub Heaven again. Our old tub died, I waited 2 yrs for the Sequim location to open. On opening weekend I ventured into the shop and met Kiel Busler.
We have an unique situation/location . Our old tub was recessed on a covered deck making the removal & installation a challenge. Kiel was able to help me select the best fit for my needs. He visited our site -took measurement and photos. When we encountered a few hiccups with delivery, Kiel was there to navigate through the "bumpy waters'" and get everything back on track. Bought a house with an existing Hot Springs spa, and David at the Seattle location was incredibly helpful, spending a half hour with me to walk me through my options for maintenance and updates and showing me key features and important details on similar models in the showroom.
